Cylindrical bore type for 1.772 in. / 45 mm. shaft diametr, outer ring surface is spherical, inner ring extended on one side with an eccentric locking collar.
Made of hardened carbon chromium bearing steel, most widely used material for bearing rings and rolling elements.
Principal dimensions is 1.772х3.346х1.720 in. equal to 45х85х43.7 mm.
The inner ring is locked onto the shaft by turning the locking collar in the direction of rotation, suitable for bearing arrangements with a constant direction of rotation. The locking collar is secured by means of a single grub screw. Under low speed and load, alternating direction of rotation acceptable.

Two lubrication holes in the outer ring, one on each side, positioned 120° apart for re-lubrication feature.
Capped by standard contact seal on both sides. Standard seals consist of a stamped sheet steel washer with a seal lip made of NBR, vulcanized to its inner surface. Non-contact sheet steel washer, a narrow gap with the inner ring shoulder protect the seal against coarse contaminants. Greased with the appropriate amount of high quality grease under clean conditions.
Relubrication can extend bearing service life if the bearing have lubrication holes.

Radial insert ball bearings are based on sealed deep groove ball bearings, this is ready-to-fit machine elements. They are highly suitable where predominantly radial loads must be supported. These bearings also give quieter running and lower vibration levels than standard radial insert ball bearings.
