Refund & Exchanges Policy
1. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund.

We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
2. Exchanges
We only replace items if you received they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@novobearings.com with details and pictures of the damaged or defective product.
3. Return Shipping
To return your product, mail it to door #10, 5107 University Blvd W, Jacksonville, FL 32216, USA.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
