Cylindrical bore type for 0.984 in. / 25 mm. shaft diametr, outer ring surface is spherical, inner ring extented on both sides with an eccentric locking collar.
Made of hardened carbon chromium bearing steel, most widely used material for bearing rings and rolling elements.
Principal dimensions is 0.984х2.047х1.748 in. equal to 25х52х44.4 mm.
The inner ring is locked onto the shaft by turning the locking collar in the direction of rotation, suitable for bearing arrangements with a constant direction of rotation. The locking collar is secured by means of a single grub screw. Under low speed and load, alternating direction of rotation acceptable.

Without relubrication feature, have no lubrication holes.
Capped by five-lip contact seal on both sides. Seals consist of a sheet steel insert with a vulcanized fivelip contact seal made of a low-friction NBR. Each seal lip has a different design, the outermost and innermost lips act as auxiliary lips and protect the three inner lips from dust and coarse contaminants, the three inner lips make constant contact with the inner ring shoulder. Greased with the appropriate amount of high quality grease under clean conditions. Recommended for extremely contaminated environments, such as agricultural applications.
Relubrication can extend bearing service life if the bearing have lubrication holes.

Radial insert ball bearings are based on sealed deep groove ball bearings, this is ready-to-fit machine elements. They are highly suitable where predominantly radial loads must be supported. These bearings also give quieter running and lower vibration levels than standard radial insert ball bearings.
