Cylindrical bore type for 2.362 in. / 60 mm. shaft diametr, outer ring surface is spherical, inner ring extented on both sides with set screw locking.
Made of hardened carbon chromium bearing steel, most widely used material for bearing rings and rolling elements.
Principal dimensions is 2.362х4.331х2.563 in. equal to 60х110х65.1 mm.
The inner ring is located on the shaft by two cup point hexagonal set screws offset by 120°, suitable for bearing arrangements with a constant direction of rotation or, under low speed and load, for an alternating direction of rotation.
Without coating.
Two lubrication holes in the outer ring, one on each side, positioned 120° apart for re-lubrication feature.
Capped on both sides by contact seal and an additional flinger with a vulcanized NBR lip, which seals axially against the standard seal. Have the space between the flinger lip and the inner ring shoulder filled with grease to provide additional protection. Greased with the appropriate amount of high quality grease under clean conditions. Recommended for very contaminated environments.
Relubrication can extend bearing service life if the bearing have lubrication holes.
Polymer cage.
Metric series product.
Radial insert ball bearings are based on sealed deep groove ball bearings, this is ready-to-fit machine elements. They are highly suitable where predominantly radial loads must be supported. These bearings also give quieter running and lower vibration levels than standard radial insert ball bearings.
