Cylindrical bore type for 37.402 in. / 950 mm. shaft diametr, outer ring surface is cylindrical.
Outer ring axially split and bolted together by four bolts. As a result of splitting, the outer rings become slightly out of round. The roundness of the outer ring is restored once it is mounted in a locating bore produced in accordance with the specifications.
The inner ring is made of through-hardened bearing steel, sliding surface hard chromium plated. The outer ring is made of quenched and tempered steel.
Principal dimensions is 37.402х49.213х15.748 in. equal to 950х1250х400 mm.

Maintenance free, dry lubrication, self-lubricating capability. Steel/PTFE Fibre Reinforced Polyamide (FRP) is high-performing sliding surface combination, relatively insensitive to contaminants. Factory greased and self-lubricating sliding material, does not require relubrication, however, relubrication can extend bearing service life.
PTFE FRP is more sensitive than steel to alternating or impact loads, not as stiff as steel/steel sliding surface, and consequently are subject to greater deformation under load than steel.
In tilt motion of spherical plain bearings, the inner ring and shaft locating washer move relative to the outer ring and housing locating washer in a direction transverse to the bearing axis.
The maximum permissible tilt angle α must be observed to 3 °.

Radial spherical plain bearings allow spatial adjustment movements and can support radial, combined or axial loads, and also misalignment. Suitable for heavy static, alternating or impact loads.
